What Guests Are Saying (1958)

Amazing service, very polite and friendly staff, we had some olives filled with anchovies that were divine as starters, followed by anchovies on a toast, and lobster paella as the main. For desert, we had a traditional torrija valenciana com helado. Everything was great. I can also recommend the Ribera del Duero wine, very smooth.

Placed in the center,we really loved the service people are very nice and attentives. The drinks are bug size, and that is so good,we took the Paella with seafood and also crochettas, everything was amazing. In rhe end we had, suggested from a worker, chupito al uva. Very class and not so strong, perfect!

The restaurant has an elegant and minimalistic atmosphere that feels refined without being pretentious—perfect for a relaxed lunch or even a business meeting. The staff was friendly and professional, and the service was smooth and attentive. The seafood is super fresh, and the calamares a la plancha were especially delicious. The paella was absolutely outstanding—rich in flavor, beautifully presented. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a spot to enjoy authentic Valencian cuisine, outside of the touristic places.

Excellent food and attentive, friendly service. The staff were always mindful, and the atmosphere was very welcoming and pleasant. The paella was delicious, though the calamari fritti could have used some aioli. Indeed, the calamari fritti were missing some sauce aioli, but I would definitely come back.

Great service and fabulous paella. We came here especially for the paella - we weren’t disappointed. Highly recommended!

De Ana Restaurant was recommended by our hotel and it did not disappoint. The service was impressive — the team were so welcoming and friendly and they were very attentive! The atmosphere and decor is also very nice. Minimal and modern, yet very comforting. We had the codfish starter and some croquettes — both were great! The bread was also amazing, I think we had 3 rolls each! We then had the seafood paella (no shells) and it was delicious. They serve it table side and dished up onto plates for you. If I’m honest, I do prefer dishing up my own paella and scraping the pan, etc myself but it saved us the hassle of making space on our table. The rice was cooked perfectly, al dente and the flavour was excellent. The wine suggested by our waiter was also good, one of the best white wines I’ve had in Spain. I would recommend visiting this restaurant when in Valencia. Top class service, tasty food and a great location!

We were recommended this restaurant by a colleague who lives and works in Valencia. She didn’t let us down. Best paella EVER! Enjoyed every mouthful (that I could fit in) of this meal!

I had lunch at restaurante de Ana. The servers were all very nice and accommodating since I don’t really speak Spanish well. The vibe was really nice and chill. The food was really delicious!
